About the role

The Talent team at Plaid is looking for its first recruiting hire in Europe to help scale teams across the region. You will own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close, develop hiring strategies, and act as a talent consultant to hiring managers. This role is responsible for building best-in-class teams while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for European business teams including Sales, Growth, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People roles.
• Partner with hiring managers in Europe and the US to scale regional teams.
• Build localized processes and implement best practices for hiring top talent.
• Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers regarding market conditions and hiring strategy.
• Improve and scale a clear and inclusive candidate experience.
• Use data to identify funnel gaps and recommend improvements.
