Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Technical Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering and Data team, supporting the company's growth in mobile gaming and apps. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, engaging passive talent, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The position is a six-month contract based in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering and Data team by sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers on role development, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
• Conduct intake meetings and maintain strong internal communication throughout the search.
• Source passive talent using creative methods and specialized tools.
• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience and employer brand.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to improve processes and metrics.
