Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Digital Experience & Engineering

About the role

DEPT is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment for their Experience and Engineering teams across EMEA. This role acts as a strategic business partner to hiring managers, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while building talent pipelines and advising on market best practices. You will be responsible for identifying top talent and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review applications, screen resumes, and assess candidates' qualifications for various positions within the organization.
• Conduct thorough screening calls to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and support.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and management teams to understand their recruitment needs and align candidate profiles accordingly.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and extending offers to successful candidates.
• Devise and implement effective strategies to attract passive candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality talent.
• Use market data and insights to advise management teams in recruitment best practices and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in our applicant tracking system.
