About the role

Pelico is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition for the EMEA region to build and scale the recruiting strategy from the ground up. This role involves shaping talent processes, driving employer branding, and managing full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles while leveraging AI to optimize operations. The successful candidate will partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and ensure high-quality talent density across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Shape the talent strategy for EMEA and build recruiting processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms.
• Define hiring standards, coach hiring managers, and track quality of hire.
• Partner with People leadership to develop a data-driven talent strategy using market insights.
• Create and execute an EMEA employer brand strategy to enhance candidate experience.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for tech and business roles, focusing on outbound sourcing.
• Implement and manage AI-powered recruiting tools and ATS systems to support team scaling.
