(Senior) Associate Inhouse Consulting & Value Creation

About the role

The Associate will play a central role in executing integration and scaling initiatives across the Arsipa Group. Working closely with the Group Head of Integration & Scaling and the COO, the role involves driving operational improvements and managing post-merger integration processes across multiple subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and steer post-merger integration processes for new subsidiaries along defined milestones.
• Analyze performance KPIs and derive actionable measures to improve operational performance.
• Implement group-wide standards, operating procedures, and governance structures.
• Develop and refine a scalable operating model for the growing corporate group.
• Act as an interface between central departments and local stakeholders to coordinate integration and scaling topics.
