About the role
The Associate / Senior Associate Corporate Development will play a central role in executing post-merger integrations and scaling initiatives across the Arsipa Group. Working closely with the Group Head of Integration & Scaling and the COO, the role involves analyzing subsidiary performance, implementing group-wide standards, and developing scalable structures. This position is essential for driving the company's buy-and-build strategy and ensuring sustainable value creation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and steer post-merger integrations of new subsidiaries along defined phases and milestones.
- Build, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as time-to-integration, synergies, and operational performance.
- Implement group-wide standards, standard operating procedures, and governance structures across subsidiaries.
- Actively contribute to the development and refinement of a scalable operating model for the growing group.
- Identify best practices across different companies and translate them into concrete operational scaling measures.
- Coordinate integration and scaling topics as an interface between central departments and local stakeholders.
- Prepare structured project progress reports and decision-making foundations for management.
