About the role

Neara is seeking a strategic commercial leader to drive growth across key accounts in Europe. This player-coach role involves managing a portfolio of strategic accounts while providing commercial mentoring and leadership to the team. The successful candidate will help scale the Key Account Management function and elevate the company's market presence within the utilities sector.

Responsibilities

  • Personally own and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Develop and deliver expansion plans to execute against business metrics and revenue goals.
  • Coach the team on account strategy, executive engagement, and commercial execution.
  • Identify new workflow improvements and upskill the team in commercial best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on overall account strategy and execution.
  • Develop processes to scale the Key Account Management function.
  • Co-present with utilities at key conferences and events across Europe.
  • Report on account performance, pipeline, and expansion opportunities to senior leadership.
