About the role

Think3DDD is seeking an intern to support their Human Resources and Employer Branding efforts. This role involves active participation in recruiting, internal communication, and shaping company culture within a growing MedTech startup. It is designed for students requiring a mandatory internship or practical semester.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Bewerbermanagement – von der Stellenausschreibung über Screening bis zur Interviewbegleitung.
• Employer Branding & Kommunikation – Gestaltung von Kampagnen, Posts und Inhalten, die zeigen, was unsere Unternehmenskultur ausmacht.
• HR-Prozesse & Organisation – Einblick in Onboarding, Mitarbeiterkommunikation und Feedbackprozesse.
• Teamprojekte – Unterstützung bei internen Workshops, Employer-Branding-Events und Teamaktionen.
• Eigenverantwortung – Übernimm kleine HR-Projekte mit Unterstützung unseres Teams und entwickle dich fachlich wie persönlich weiter.

Qualifications
