Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Hypertrics is a high-growth HR-Tech platform supporting companies in filling specialist and leadership positions. We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager to manage end-to-end recruiting processes and help build our recruiting unit. You will be responsible for active sourcing, candidate management, and shaping our internal recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from mandate intake to final placement.
• Conduct active sourcing via LinkedIn, XING, and other relevant channels.
• Steer search mandates in coordination with management and clients.
• Provide professional candidate support throughout the entire hiring process.
• Develop sourcing strategies and optimize job advertisements.
• Contribute to the development of recruiting methods and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training or university degree in HR, sales, or communications
• Professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a recruitment agency or headhunting firm
