About the role

Aampere is a seed-stage, VC-backed startup redefining the European used electric vehicle market. We are looking for a student to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end recruiting processes, direct sourcing, and AI-driven talent acquisition strategies. You will work directly with our leadership to identify and attract top talent while helping build our internal hiring structures.

Responsibilities

• Execute direct search strategies across platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub to identify passive candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting for intern roles, including screening, interviewing, and candidate communication.
• Conduct first-round interviews and provide actionable assessments to the team.
• Implement and test AI-driven sourcing tools to optimize recruitment efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Founder's Associate to define hiring needs and contribute to process development.
