About the role

As part of the Crew Management team, you will be the primary point of contact for applicants for the OMR Crew and OMR Festival. You will manage the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and oversee shift planning to ensure all positions are optimally staffed. This role involves supporting the team in daily operations and contributing to the improvement of internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment of the crew for the OMR Festival 2027 and other projects
• Manage and conduct hiring procedures including interviews and selection
• Handle shift planning and allocation for all personnel
• Process and respond to crew inquiries via phone and email
• Assist the Crew Management team with daily operational tasks
• Contribute to the development of internal processes to improve quality and satisfaction
