About the role

The Crew Resource Management team is responsible for the successful execution of the OMR Festival, managing crew coordination and operational planning. As an intern, you will support the team in planning, recruiting, and managing personnel for the festival, acting as a bridge between the crew and the event organization. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in large-scale event management within a dynamic digital media environment.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for one or more OMR crew work areas
• Assist with the disposition planning of the festival crew
• Conceptualize and write briefings and web texts
• Support daily crew management planning and the organization of personnel training
• Independently lead staff members during the event
• Assist in the recruitment of the OMR Festival 2027 crew
