About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process while contributing to the strategic development of the recruiting organization. You will act as a partner to hiring managers, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize processes and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. This role involves building talent pipelines and shaping the company's employer branding in a dynamic insurance environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting process from needs analysis and requirements definition to interviews and hiring.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining process efficiency and candidate experience.
• Utilize various recruiting channels and active sourcing to build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and People Business Partners to develop effective staffing strategies.
• Analyze recruiting KPIs to derive and implement process improvements.
• Continuously develop recruiting standards, tools, and processes to ensure scalability.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a comparable function
