Responsibilities

  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for specialized, hard-to-reach, and high-volume needs.
  • Explore communities, networks, referrals, and non-traditional channels to find and engage contributors.
  • Translate project requirements into targeted searches and adapt strategies as needs evolve.
  • Communicate sourcing progress, challenges, and market feedback, and flag potential risks.
  • Use sourcing and conversion data to identify bottlenecks, test approaches, and improve performance.
  • Use AI and automation in research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing workflows to improve efficiency.
