Working Student - Executive Talent Sourcing

About the role

The Executive Recruiting team at SumUp is looking for a working student to support the identification and research of senior leadership talent. You will work hands-on with the Executive Recruiter to map candidates, maintain accurate records, and assist in testing new sourcing channels. This role is designed to provide a structured entry into executive recruiting and broader talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Research and map candidates for senior and strategic leadership roles using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sources.
• Shadow the Executive Recruiter on live searches to observe leadership candidate assessment.
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date.
• Share clear, structured updates on search progress during weekly check-ins with hiring teams.
• Help test new sourcing channels and ideas alongside the Executive Recruiting team.
