About the role

As part of the Crew Management team, you will be the primary contact for applicants for the OMR Crew and the OMR Festival. You will conduct recruitment interviews, manage shift scheduling, and ensure all positions are optimally staffed. This role involves supporting the team in daily operations and contributing to the improvement of internal recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment of the crew for the OMR Festival 2027 and other OMR projects
• Manage and conduct hiring processes including interviews and selection
• Handle shift planning and allocation for all personnel
• Process and respond to crew inquiries via phone and email
• Assist the Crew Management team with daily operational tasks
• Contribute to the development of internal processes to improve quality and satisfaction
