About the role

As an intern or working student, you will support the deal pipeline for potential acquisitions and gain insights into the IT service sector. You will work closely with the team on market analysis, due diligence, and stakeholder reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support the identification of potential acquisition targets through market analysis, industry trends, and competitive landscape research.
- Assist in due diligence processes for company evaluations.
- Contribute to the creation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and project management.
