Enterprise Account Executive - Financial Services

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within the financial services sector. You will act as a strategic partner to institutions, helping them implement conversational AI solutions to improve customer service and operational efficiency. The role involves managing complex sales cycles, from initial discovery through procurement, while collaborating with internal engineering and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Win net-new logos and drive ElevenAgents deal volume.
• Balance a diverse pipeline of large financial institutions and medium-sized regional clients.
• Partner with the Enterprise Sales Lead to convert warm introductions into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
• Identify opportunities where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows.
• Develop and execute account strategies across the entire buying group, including CX, Product, Technology, and Risk/Compliance.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to manage Proof of Value and guide customers through security and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations.
