About the role

The Business Automation & Analytics team is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and automating processes related to personnel management for the OMR Festival and OMR Services. You will develop and maintain digital infrastructure, including the OMR Crew Portal and internal control tools, using low-code/no-code solutions and AI-supported workflows. This role supports the team in managing thousands of crew members efficiently through data-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and automate processes to increase efficiency for crew, clients, and the team.
• Develop digital solutions using low-code/no-code tools like Airtable, Softr, and Make, as well as AI-supported tools like Claude.
• Maintain and support platforms such as the OMR Crew Portal and internal control tools.
• Build and maintain tools for shift planning, deployment status, and capacity management.
• Prepare time tracking and billing data for operational controlling.
• Document processes and workflows to ensure structured team knowledge.
• Act as a technical contact for the recruiting and support team during the festival.
