The role involves developing training programs, documenting processes, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement across international markets. You will act as a bridge between operations and quality assurance to ensure high-quality outcomes while supporting AI-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize training programs and learning paths based on sample analyses.
• Document, update, and expand process documentation for international markets.
• Build and structure a knowledge database to support AI-powered tools and quality management.
• Leverage KPI reporting to drive continuous improvement of quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with international teams to anchor processes and documentation locally.
