People Operations Lead

About the role

The People Operations Lead will manage the People Operations team while overseeing end-to-end operational processes, systems, and data. This role focuses on driving efficiency through automation and AI-enabled improvements, managing reward and benefits, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making. The position requires a hands-on professional who is comfortable with complex data and committed to continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve end-to-end People Operations processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage People systems, data, and reporting to ensure accuracy and provide meaningful insights.
• Implement AI, automation, and technology solutions to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
• Support reward and benefits processes including pay reviews, salary benchmarking, and pay banding.
• Lead and support the People Operations Specialist while maintaining hands-on involvement in daily operations.
