People Operations Working Student

About the role

The People Operations Working Student will support the People Operations team in delivering an exceptional employee experience across Europe. This role involves contributing to HR initiatives, managing HR systems, and assisting with payroll and compliance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve employee queries with clarity and care by guiding them to the right resources.
• Support payroll processing by accurately entering and validating HR data in a timely manner.
• Assist with internal audits, documentation, and the gathering of key compliance information.
• Maintain accurate HR data in Personio and support reporting to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to process optimization and strategic People projects spanning the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled university student in HR, Business, or a related discipline
