About the role

DeepDrive is looking for an intern to support the People team in talent acquisition and operational HR processes. You will work closely with hiring managers, assist in the recruitment lifecycle, and contribute to the digitalization and automation of HR workflows. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing deep-tech company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and maintain the application pipeline
• Manage candidate communication and update job postings
• Research and test AI and automation tools for HR processes
• Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and contract preparation
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
