About the role
As a working student in the People & Culture team, you will support the entire employee life cycle with a focus on recruiting. You will be responsible for drafting job advertisements, screening applications, and researching target groups while contributing to onboarding and internal communication initiatives. You will also handle administrative tasks and prepare data for HR decision-making processes.
