About the role

As an intern in the People & Culture team, you will be a full member of the department and gain a 360-degree view of the employee life cycle. You will support the team in recruiting, internal communications, learning formats, and culture initiatives while taking responsibility for administrative tasks and data preparation. You will be paired with a team buddy to support your professional and personal development throughout your internship.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize job advertisements
• Screen profiles and applications
• Research target groups and recruitment channels
• Support onboarding of new employees
• Assist in internal communication and culture initiatives
• Prepare data for evaluations and presentations

Qualifications

• Currently studying (Business) Psychology, Social Sciences, Economics, or a comparable field
