Relationship & Recruiting Manager

About the role

As a Relationship & Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for filling demanding specialist and project positions within the industrial and energy sectors. You will guide freelancers through the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement, while working closely with the account management team. You will identify top experts, conduct interviews, develop talent pools, and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for national and international positions including project managers, SAP and PLM specialists, and engineering roles.
• Monitor the candidate market and act as a recruiting expert for clients and consultants.
• Proactively search for experts on business portals, pitch positions, and engage potential candidates.
• Analyze CVs and conduct interviews to ensure optimal fit and project selection.
• Manage experts throughout the placement process, negotiate terms, and provide ongoing consultation.
• Maintain CRM data structure and expand the candidate pool.
• Collaborate with account management to support major clients.
