About the role

The Junior Talent Acquisition Partner will support the organization in professionalizing recruiting processes and implementing competency-based selection standards. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefings with leadership to contract management, while actively shaping modern recruiting formats. The position is designed for someone who values structured, data-driven decision-making and wants to contribute to the strategic development of the company's talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured briefings with managers to define competency and candidate profiles.
• Lead independent interviews across all levels, including management.
• Develop and implement structured interview guides, assessment matrices, and selection standards.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including contract preparation and coordination.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to refine recruiting strategies and processes.
• Provide clear recommendations to leadership regarding candidate selection based on objective criteria.
