About the role

As a working student in recruiting, you will gain practical experience by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job advertisements to conducting initial candidate screenings. You will actively participate in sourcing strategies, explore new AI tools for recruitment processes, and handle administrative tasks while contributing your own ideas for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish job advertisements
• Screen applications and conduct initial telephone interviews
• Support active sourcing for commercial and IT positions
• Test and implement new recruiting tools and AI applications
• Manage administrative recruiting tasks and contribute to process optimization
