People Operations Lead

About the role

The People Operations Lead will manage the People Operations team while overseeing end-to-end processes, systems, and data reporting. This role focuses on driving efficiency through automation and AI-enabled improvements while maintaining operational ownership of the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will provide analytical insights to support decision-making and manage reward and benefits processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve end-to-end People Operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
• Manage People systems, data, and reporting to ensure accuracy and provide actionable insights.
• Implement AI and automation solutions to simplify processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Oversee reward and benefits processes such as pay reviews, benchmarking, and pay banding.
• Lead and support the People Operations Specialist while maintaining hands-on involvement in daily operations.
