About the role

DeepDrive is looking for a motivated Working Student to join the People Team and gain hands-on experience in modern People Operations. You will help make processes smarter and more efficient while contributing to the integration of automation and AI. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects and shape how the company works as it continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Support our People Team in day-to-day operations and help ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Gradually take ownership of your own topics and smaller projects
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Contribute ideas on how AI can be used effectively within People Operations
• Test and implement first automation solutions for recurring tasks
• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and gain insight into a growing deep-tech company

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
