People Operations Manager

About the role

The People Operations Manager will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while focusing on process optimization and automation. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR and labor law inquiries, ensuring efficient operations and a positive employee experience. You will leverage technology and data to streamline workflows and act as a key partner for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries via the ticketing system.
• Handle administrative tasks including employment contracts, payroll preparation, and HRIS data maintenance.
• Advise managers on personnel and labor law matters.
• Drive cross-functional projects to improve HR processes through automation and data analysis.
• Maintain relationships with external partners such as payroll providers, tax authorities, and insurance agencies.
