HR Management Intern / Working Student

About the role

This role supports the HR team in day-to-day operations across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding. The intern will contribute to the digitization and optimization of HR processes while managing data in digital tools. Additionally, the position involves taking on independent projects such as analyzing surveys and organizing internal events.

Responsibilities

• Support HR team in day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle
• Assist in the development and digitization of HR processes and personnel files
• Capture and organize HR-related data in digital tools
• Manage independent projects including employee survey analysis and training organization
• Revise retirement plans and benefits
