Senior HR People & Talent Partner

About the role

The Senior HR People & Talent Partner will manage operational HR for the logistics site in Lensahn while being based in the Hamburg office. This role involves end-to-end recruiting, employee relations, and advising leadership on personnel decisions. You will also drive HR projects and ensure administrative processes are structured and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Lensahn site including demand planning and candidate sourcing.
• Develop new recruiting channels and strategies for industrial staff.
• Act as a sparring partner for leadership to address personnel needs and provide solutions.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and complex personnel discussions.
• Manage labor law matters, including contract administration and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain HR documentation and digital personnel files using Personio.
• Lead HR projects such as onboarding improvements and process digitalization.

Qualifications
