Senior HR Generalist

About the role

As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be the driving force for employees globally within our international Tech4Good scale-up. You will manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, reporting directly to the CFO/COO, and play a key role in shaping our company culture. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while managing HR operations across Germany, Switzerland, and Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR daily business including contract changes, statements, parental leave, and offboarding across three countries.
• Foster company culture through events, milestone celebrations, and satisfaction surveys.
• Support Learning & Development by managing feedback processes and the LMS tool.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruiting process from posting to onboarding.
• Act as a sparring partner for leadership, providing advice on labor law and personnel issues.
• Assist with preparatory payroll accounting as needed.

Qualifications
