About the role

Aampere is a seed-stage, VC-backed startup redefining the European used electric vehicle market. We are looking for a student to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end recruiting and direct sourcing efforts. You will work closely with our founders to identify and attract top talent while helping to build our internal hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute direct search strategies across platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub to identify passive candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting for intern roles, including screening, interviewing, and candidate communication.
• Conduct first-round interviews and provide actionable assessments to the team.
• Experiment with AI-driven sourcing tools to optimize and accelerate our hiring processes.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder's Associate to define hiring needs and contribute to team growth.
