About the role

Buena is looking for an intern to join their Talent Acquisition team to support their M&A strategy by identifying and attracting talent for newly acquired property management companies. You will take on responsibility from day one, managing talent pools and ensuring that new portfolio companies are staffed with tech-savvy individuals. This role involves working closely with the HQ leadership team and local managers to redefine the property management profession.

Responsibilities

• Source talent via various channels for 80% of your time
• Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates
• Systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools
• Contribute ideas to the talent acquisition strategy and channel mix
