About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Early Careers, you will design and execute a global strategy for intern and graduate hiring at Mistral. You will own the full lifecycle of early career recruitment, from building university partnerships to managing the intern experience and converting high-potential talent into future employees. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to align recruitment pipelines with the company's rapid global growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic early careers programs with clear goals for intern and graduate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and the People team to define role requirements and scale interview panels.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and early careers hires globally.
• Build and maintain partnerships with top international schools and universities.
• Build inclusive and equitable intern programs with structured learning objectives and mentor systems.
• Drive global campus recruitment through career fairs and employer branding strategies.
• Build scalable systems, workflows, and documentation to support rapid growth.
