Senior HR People & Talent Partner

About the role

As a Senior HR People & Talent Partner, you will manage operational HR for our logistics site in Lensahn while being based in our Hamburg office. You will lead end-to-end recruiting, support leadership with personnel decisions, and drive HR projects to improve processes. This role requires a proactive approach to employee relations, labor law, and administrative management to support our continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Lensahn site, including demand planning, sourcing, and interviewing.
• Develop and implement new recruiting channels to attract industrial staff.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing recommendations and solutions for daily operations.
• Manage employee relations, including handling complex conversations and conflict resolution.
• Oversee labor law matters, including contract management, disciplinary issues, and separation processes.
• Structure and maintain HR administration and digital personnel files using Personio.
• Lead HR projects such as onboarding improvements and process digitalization.

Qualifications
