Senior HR Manager – Recruiting & Employee Relations

About the role

Pammys is seeking a Senior HR Manager to oversee recruiting and employee relations for their logistics site in Lensahn. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, drive HR projects, and provide strategic support to leadership while being based in the Hamburg office with regular travel to the logistics site. This role requires a proactive approach to building HR structures and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for the Lensahn site, including workforce planning and candidate selection.
• Develop and optimize recruiting channels and strategies to build a reliable candidate pipeline.
• Advise leadership on personnel decisions and resolve operational HR challenges.
• Serve as a central point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and complex personnel discussions.
• Manage labor law matters, including contract administration, disciplinary actions, and separation processes.
• Implement and maintain HR processes and digital personnel files within the Personio system.
• Lead independent HR projects to improve site-specific structures and workflows.

Qualifications
