About the role

As a student trainee in Legal and Compliance, you will support the development of our offerings from a legal perspective and learn to implement regulatory requirements. You will work directly with the Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance, and Risk Officer to manage operational tasks, prepare reports, and maintain internal guidelines. This role offers the opportunity to actively shape the development of blockchain technology legislation and gain a comprehensive view of a regulated financial business.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of regulatory requirements and communication with supervisory authorities
• Apply and develop legal frameworks including eWpG, eWpRV, KWG, and GwG
• Prepare decision-ready documents and manage deadlines and follow-ups
• Create templates for reports to company functionaries and maintain key performance indicators
• Update guidelines, manuals, and work instructions
• Assist with annual and special audits
