About the role

Reddit is seeking an experienced Ads Policy Lead to drive the research and development of large-scale policies impacting its global advertising platform. This senior individual contributor role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges and enable responsible business opportunities. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, drafting strategic policy recommendations and serving as a decision-maker on high-impact policy escalations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development, drafting, and maintenance of strategic advertising policies across Reddit's ads products acting as subject matter expert in the EMEA region
• Draft risk assessments and strategic policy recommendations for senior cross-functional leaders and executive stakeholders
• Act as a role model of Reddit’s Company Values, assisting teammates and providing guidance as a senior peer leader
• Serve as the decision-maker on highly complex, grey-area ads policy escalations, delivering definitive, risk-balanced rulings on high-impact issues

Qualifications
