About the role

The Governance, Risk & Compliance practice is seeking experienced consultants to help financial services clients transform risk management, compliance, and governance into strategic capabilities. You will work with banking, insurance, and wealth management clients to navigate regulatory change, emerging technologies, and evolving risk landscapes. The role focuses on solving complex challenges related to digital assets and AI implementation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk and regulatory transformation programmes for financial services clients
• Design and enhance enterprise risk management, governance and control frameworks
• Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses and controls reviews
• Support clients in embedding effective governance and risk management for AI and emerging technologies
• Advise on risk and control frameworks across digital asset use cases, including tokenisation, cryptoassets, stablecoins, custody and settlement
• Assess operating models, client journeys and control environments to identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Interpret and implement evolving UK and global regulatory requirements
• Develop high-quality client deliverables and build trusted client relationships
