Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Robotics & Technical Solutions, to join our team and lead complex robotics and automation projects from initial customer engagement through successful implementation. You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, sales, and other internal stakeholders to translate customer requirements into successful technical solutions and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage robotics and automation projects from concept and customer requirements through implementation and handover
• Act as the primary project interface between customers and internal technical teams
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear technical and project requirements
• Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams during customer acquisition, solution definition, and project handover
• Support technical discussions, customer presentations, solution proposals, and project scoping
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including robotics, software, mechanical, electrical, controls, and operations
• Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, and change requests
• Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans
• Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and key decisions to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate testing, validation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities
• Ensure successful project delivery and transition into operations or customer support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies
• Travel internationally, approximately 20%, to customer sites, project locations, and company locations as required

Qualifications
