Senior Implementation Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Implementation Specialist at Karbon, you will serve as a trusted guide for enterprise customers, leading them through onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training. You will act as a project manager, consultant, and change management coach to ensure customers achieve rapid time-to-value and long-term success on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer implementation journey by acting as the project manager for enterprise accounts.
• Communicate across multiple stakeholders including executive sponsors and firm administrators.
• Facilitate structured onboarding, including kickoff meetings, configuration workshops, and training sessions.
• Provide professional guidance on workflow design, firm operations, and change management.
• Coach teams through change management to prepare for new processes and manage resistance.
• Ensure data integrity during the import of contacts and work items.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.
