About the role

The Development Project Coordinator acts as the central point for coordinating activity across Product and Platform Engineering. This role ensures that new products, enhancements, and support issues progress efficiently by maintaining visibility of development activity, capacity, and risks. You will work closely with Engineering leads and the Product team to keep work on track and facilitate effective communication across the department.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activity across Product and Platform Engineering from initial intake through development and release.
  • Maintain delivery plans, milestones, actions, and target dates while tracking work through the engineering process.
  • Maintain a consolidated view of development demand, capacity, and resource allocation across teams.
  • Act as the central coordination point for issues triaged by Support and escalated for defect investigation.
  • Facilitate planning and delivery meetings, ensuring actions and decisions are captured and followed through.
  • Work with the Product Project Manager to provide visibility of engineering milestones and risks affecting wider business readiness.
  • Ensure Jira and other delivery tools remain accurate and up to date.
