Innovation & Business Development Manager

About the role

ExciteLab is a high-tech accelerator in Dresden that supports startups in fields like IoT, robotics, and quantum technology through an intensive six-month program. The Innovation & Business Development Manager acts as the right hand to the Managing Director and co-site lead, driving the growth of the regional network and representing the company externally. This role involves managing strategic innovation projects, developing partnerships, and designing services to support founders and corporate partners.

Responsibilities

• Represent ExciteLab within the Saxon innovation ecosystem and at tech events.
• Identify and acquire new partners, including established companies, SMEs, and investors.
• Coordinate strategic innovation projects from conception to implementation.
• Design, test, and iterate new product and service offerings for founders and partners.
• Develop and moderate workshops and organize key events.
