Senior Sales Manager, Regional Enterprise

About the role

The Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager will expand Wolt's selection of high-value regional retail partners in Germany. This role involves owning the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and initial rollout, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle for regional Enterprise retail opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting and signing.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of larger regional retailers and multi-location partners across priority verticals such as grocery, convenience, pet, pharmacy and beauty.
• Develop a deep understanding of prospective partners' businesses and create compelling commercial propositions that demonstrate the value of partnering with Wolt.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with sustainable economics and Wolt's long-term business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and act as a trusted commercial partner throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product to structure partnerships and enable successful launches.
• Take ownership beyond the signature, ensuring a strong handover and initial rollout so that newly acquired partners can successfully go live and scale.
