About the role
The Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager will expand Wolt's selection of high-value regional retail partners in Germany. This role involves owning the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise retail opportunities, from prospecting and negotiation to signing and initial rollout. The successful candidate will work across priority retail verticals to drive long-term growth and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for regional Enterprise retail opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting and signing.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of larger regional retailers and multi-location partners across priority verticals such as grocery, convenience, pet, pharmacy and beauty.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospective partners' businesses and create compelling commercial propositions that demonstrate the value of partnering with Wolt.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with sustainable economics and Wolt's long-term business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and act as a trusted commercial partner throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product to structure partnerships and enable successful launches.
- Take ownership beyond the signature, ensuring a strong handover and initial rollout so that newly acquired partners can successfully go live and scale.
- Use market insights, pipeline data and commercial learnings to identify opportunities, prioritize the highest-impact accounts and continuously improve our regional Enterprise sales approach.
