Business Security Services Director

About the role

The Business Security Services Director acts as the primary link between WPP Digital Security and the business to ensure global security strategies are effectively embedded locally. This role involves managing security risks, coordinating incident responses, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across the designated business area. The director will collaborate with various global teams to foster a culture of security awareness and integrate security into product development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Digital Security matters within the region.
• Collaborate with business leadership and cyber teams to align security efforts with business goals.
• Develop and deliver tailored security awareness programs to educate employees on best practices.
• Identify, assess, and integrate business security risks into the broader WPP risk management framework.
• Coordinate and manage the response to security incidents within the region.
• Ensure business operations comply with applicable local and international security laws and regulations.
• Provide regular updates to the Global CISO and business leadership on security initiatives and risk assessments.
