About the role
The Senior IT Analyst serves as the principal in-house resource for day-to-day IT operations and user support for approximately 80 staff members. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of incidents and service requests, coordinating external suppliers, and delivering small technology projects to ensure secure and reliable systems. The position requires a technically capable individual who can work independently to manage competing priorities while supporting the organisation's mission.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for first and second-line IT support, resolving incidents and service requests end-to-end.
- Manage joiner, mover, and leaver processes, including account administration and hardware provisioning.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and other cloud applications, ensuring secure configuration and user access.
- Maintain accurate IT asset registers, operational documentation, and control evidence for audit readiness.
- Plan and implement routine IT changes in a controlled manner to minimize business disruption.
- Deliver small IT projects, upgrades, and service improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
